This blog was constructed by Ally Hoffman, Brach Foster, Caleb Ritchie, Kate Silva, and Philip Bridges for the purpose of a class assignment. The information on this blog is not an immediate representation of the organization Gearheads of Texas State.
ALLY HOFFMAN – Built in 1996 with a modern twist, my name is Ally and I come from a German line. I am an Audi. Sophisticated with a wild side. I have the body of mac red Mercedes Benz, which will always catch the corner of your eye. Some people mistake me for a BMW because of my uncanny ability to swerve when s*** comes my way. Others believe that I come from a Range Rover family because of my adventurous side and the back seat views. My personality is one of a kind, similar to a Bentley with the unique design of a Maserati. Here’s the thing, I am none of the above. However, I am a hybrid of these German vehicles, I am Ally the Audi.
CALEB RITCHIE -- My name is Caleb and I come from the Ritchie line of ’95. I am a Smart Car but not in the literal sense but I conserve energy on the daily and can weave in and out of traffic. I have a lot of Focus with the thought-provoking style of a Mustang. I bring the energy so some say I have a Charger personality. I am a hybrid personality with a little bit or shine with a little bit of torque. I accept any open road as a challenge and I love off-road adventure. I can’t fly yet but with all the technology innovations of the last few decades I see myself soaring like a Firebird before too long.
Philip Bridges- British craftsmanship with American pride, Created in the early 90s and still runs with passion and precision. I take influence from past, present and future cars. I ride with more Peers then Morgan, and 120 is my slowest speed. I embody the feeling of a classic muscle car with the tamed chaos of an established super car that convinces all non believers. Most people haven't been on a ride like this before, I am an advertiser who can produce with unique taste and control.
Brach Foster – American made from the land of Dallas, Texas. Established in 1994 with determination and drive to cross the finish line on every obstacle. I might not know a whole lot about cars but I certainly enjoy getting to learn more and more about what I don’t already know. I’m the ‘grandma driver’ that every friend never wants to ride with. Slow and steady is the way I choose to win the race and that’s the path I’ve been on since day one. Every ride has its right and wrong turns, but that’s just a part of the game. I’m here to inform and break down the lifestyle of what being a car love is all about!
Kate Silva- Manufactured in 1995, I am traditional but reliable like a Honda Civic. My goal is to get to my destination on time and in the best way possible. It's about enjoying the journey as much as the destination. I don't need much fuel to go a long way and hard work is what I do best. Just like Honda is heard of every where, I'm here to stick around for a long time.
